Per-animal NLME engine (nlmixr2 FOCEI)
Both the sample PDF (/static/samples/tumor_sample.pdf) and the live upload on this page run the same per-animal NLME pipeline (nlmixr2 FOCEI, 7 structural models, real %RSE / OMEGA / η-shrinkage / CWRES). Your CSV must be long-format with an ID column (one row per animal per timepoint, ≥ 2 animals, ≥ 3 observations each) — the engine fits each animal's trajectory, it does not average them. Fits take ~2–5 min; the report is emailed when ready. If the model does not converge on your data, the report says so honestly — there is no degraded pooled-fit fallback.

Tumor Auto-Diagnose

Upload tumor growth data. The engine compares 5 structural models — Exponential, Logistic, Gompertz, Hahnfeldt classical and Hahnfeldt-Can fractional simplified — and returns a 6-rule verdict with statistical guardrails.

Expected columns: ID · TIME · V (volume in mm³)
▶ Accepted CSV format · click to expand

Required columns (case-insensitive, common aliases accepted):

  • TIME — time since implantation. Aliases: time, t, day, days, day_post_implant, tiempo, temps, zeit, tag
  • V — tumor volume. Aliases: v, volume, tumor_volume, tv, v_mm3, volumen

Optional: ID (subject/animal identifier — aliases: animal, mouse, subject, sujeto, sujet, tier).

Header flexibility — punctuation, case, and parenthesised units are tolerated. Volume (mm³), tumor-volume, TumorVolume all map to V. ES/FR/DE headers are accepted.

Minimum size: 4 distinct time points.

Example:

ID,TIME,V
1,0,50
1,7,120
1,14,260
1,21,500
1,28,820
1,35,1100

Do NOT submit datasets with direct identifiers. Use pseudonymised animal IDs.
