2 NDA and Data Protection Agreement
NDA and Data Protection Agreement
Before any data exchange, both parties sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This protects your data and our methodology.
For regulated clients (pharmaceutical companies, CROs operating under GCP), a full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with GDPR (EU 2016/679) is also available.

3 Data Submission
Data Submission
You send your dataset by encrypted email to cperapa@fractalpk.es.
Accepted formats:
- CSV (comma or semicolon separated)
- Excel (.xlsx)
- NONMEM format (.csv with standard headers: ID, TIME, DV, AMT, EVID)
- Plain text
No special preparation required — we handle data formatting.
We recommend anonymizing subject identifiers before submission (Subject 1, 2, 3… is sufficient for PK analysis).
4 Analysis
Analysis
Your data is analyzed on our dedicated infrastructure located in Spain (European Union). No data is transferred to cloud platforms or third-party services.
Standard turnaround:
- NCA and individual fitting: 3 business days
- Population analysis: 5–7 business days
- Complex multi-route models: 5–7 business days
We will keep you updated on progress and contact you if clarification on the dataset is needed.
5 Report Delivery and Data Deletion
Report Delivery and Data Deletion
You receive a professional PDF report including:
- Executive summary (non-technical, 1 page)
- Model equations and parameter definitions
- Parameter table with confidence intervals
- Concentration vs time plots per subject and population mean
- ΔOFV and LRT p-value vs classical model
- Clinical interpretation of fractional exponent
- UNPUBLISHED DATA watermark if requested
After delivery, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 7 days. Deletion confirmation is provided upon request.
